Refunds & Cancellations
Program registration cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the class date and will receive a refund minus a $5 processing fee. Substitutions for the participant are allowed. Requests must be made via email at information@dawesarb.org or by calling 740.323.2355.
The Arboretum reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment, bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be offered for cancelled classes and we will attempt to contact you.
