The Dawes Arboretum is excited to announce that we will be increasing access by offering a new reduced-cost membership to support families with income challenges to experience the beauty and wonder of The Arboretum! This new membership, Family Access, is for families that have proof of eligibility for SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, Molina, CareSource, Ohio Directors Card or EBT benefits.
The Family Access membership provides access to up to four named members and all children or grandchildren under the age of 18 at a reduced annual cost of $45. Proof of participation in one of the programs above must be shown in person at The Arboretum in order to purchase or renew the membership.

Can admission tickets be applied to the membership?
Yes. If after a visit to The Arboretum you decide you want to become a member, the admission tickets you purchase during that visit can be applied to a Family Access membership. Tickets must be applied within 7 days of original purchase.
Can other discounts and promotions be applied to the purchase of the Family Access membership?
No. Other membership discounts or promotions cannot be applied towards the purchase of a family access membership.
I purchased a family membership recently at full price, but I am eligible for a Family Access membership. Can I get a refund?
No, this new program cannot be applied retroactively. Families who have already purchased a family membership at regular price but are eligible for Family Access membership cannot receive a refund on their membership. You are welcome to apply for the Family Access membership at the time of your renewal.
