Colorful leaves, a cool breeze and the coziness of autumn – what more can you ask for? The Dawes Arboretum will host our annual Fall in Love with Dawes event on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Admission is FREE all day thanks to our presenting sponsor Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority.
Activities
Are you ready to get your STEM on? We have exciting partners visiting The Arboretum this year to teach us about science! Come meet organizations like Boeing or the Air Force to explore engaging activities.
Stamp in your fun-filled passport at each organization’s table to earn a limited-edition prize coin once it’s completed!
Dawes will be giving away trees, teaching about native seed cleaning and providing family-friendly crafts.
In addition to The Arboretum’s iconic fall wagon rides, available for $5, the brand-new all-electric tram will be offered as a free ADA accessible option around Dawes!
Vendors
The Arboretum will have food trucks at this event. Vendors will be announced at a later date.
Directions
This event will be held in the Deep Woods along the trail to the historic Log Cabin. Please park in the main parking lot.
