At The Dawes Arboretum, autumn is a time of exciting and wonderous transformation, when the crisp breeze blows through warm colored leaves. The Arboretum invites you to experience the beauty this October at our new event, Fall in Love with Dawes. There is too much beauty, fun, and joy to contain to one weekend. Join us over two weekends for fun activities for everyone.
Dates & Times
These festivities will take place two back-to-back weekends in October.
- Saturday, October 11 from noon to 3 pm
- Sunday, October 12 from noon to 3 pm
- Saturday, October 18 from noon to 3 pm
- Sunday, October 19 from noon to 3 pm
Due to inclement weather, Fall in Love with Dawes will be move inside on Sunday, October 19. Exciting fall crafts will be avavilable inside the Visitor's Center. Food trucks and wagon tours will not be available.
Activities
The activities will range from ticketed wagon tours to a scavenger hunt, coffee trucks, and more. Ticketed wagon tours will be available on Saturday October 11 at 11 am 1 pm, and 3 pm, and on Sunday October 12 at 1 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm.
During all four activity days, guests will be welcome to enjoy a self-guided historical walking tour, hands-on crafts and more!

On the first weekend, the two vendors will be Tabouli Cafe and Lulu’s Coffee. On October 18, the vendors will be Yura Bowl and Lulu’s Coffee. On October 19, the vendors with be Grilled Cheese Gangster’s and Lulu’s Coffee.
