This summer, The Dawes Arboretum invites you to experience the beauty of art in nature with Artisans at the Arboretum, a vibrant outdoor mural exhibit launching Saturday, May 31. Spanning nearly 2,000 acres of scenic trails, gardens, and historic landscapes, this family-friendly art installation will showcase nine stunning murals created by a diverse group of talented artists.

Meet the Artists Behind the Murals
Eight of the featured muralists are based in Licking and Franklin counties, bringing a rich local perspective to the exhibit. Joining them is Missouri-based artist Bryan Haynes, a direct descendant of Beman and Bertie Dawes, who founded The Dawes Arboretum in 1929. Each artist brings their unique style and story to the Arboretum’s living museum, transforming it into a colorful celebration of Ohio’s natural beauty and heritage. Artists featured in this exhibit are:

  • Adam Brouliette
  • Jeremy Jarvis
  • Michael Boudreault
  • Anne Balogh
  • Hassan Qureshi
  • Carly Mitchell
  • Bryan Haynes
  • Arris J Cohen
  • Curtis Goldstein
